3. No Performance Guarantees

While we build systems designed for growth and efficiency:

• Results are not guaranteed.

• Performance depends on market conditions, execution, and external variables.

4. Payment & Fees

• All fees must be paid as agreed

• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Late payments may result in service suspension
